Early Access Notice: Glimly is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and terms are subject to change. By using Glimly during early access, you acknowledge that the service is provided as-is for testing and feedback purposes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Glimly ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Glimly is an eBay listing intelligence tool that helps sellers analyze comparable listings, pricing trends, and inventory data. The Service connects to your eBay seller account via eBay's official OAuth API and uses AI to assist with pricing decisions.

3. Early Access Program

Access to Glimly during early access is by invitation only. Early access may be revoked at any time. The Service is provided free of charge during early access. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers when the Service exits early access, with reasonable advance notice to existing users.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. One account per person. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to violate eBay's Terms of Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs
Share your account or credentials with others
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing controls

6. eBay Account Connection

By connecting your eBay account, you authorize Glimly to access your eBay seller data (listings, inventory, pricing) on your behalf using eBay's official API. You can revoke this access at any time from within the app or directly via eBay's account settings. We store your eBay OAuth tokens encrypted at rest.

7. AI-Generated Content

Glimly uses AI to assist with pricing analysis and comparable matching. AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any pricing or listing decisions you make. We make no warranty that AI suggestions are accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation.

8. Payments and Credits

Some features of Glimly require purchasing AI search credits ("Credits"). By purchasing Credits, you agree to the following:

No refunds: All Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are consumed when AI searches are performed and have no cash value.
Subscriptions: Subscription plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Failed payments: If a subscription payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free tier after Stripe's retry attempts are exhausted. You will not be charged for periods when the service was inaccessible due to our error.
Pricing changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Payment processor: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Glimly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your eBay listing data belongs to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLIMLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR DATA LOSS.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
