• Account Information: Email address and authentication data provided through Clerk authentication
• eBay Account Data: When you connect your eBay account, we store encrypted OAuth tokens to access your eBay listings and inventory
• Listing Configurations: Custom settings and preferences you create for analyzing your eBay listings

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide access to your eBay inventory and listings
• Analyze comparable listings and pricing data
• Store your custom configuration preferences
• Maintain your account security

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using:

• Authentication: Clerk.com handles all authentication and user identity
• Database: Supabase PostgreSQL with encrypted connections
• eBay Tokens: All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption (Fernet)

4. Artificial Intelligence

Glimly uses a variety of AI services to improve search accuracy when finding comparable listings. Specifically:

• AI is used at query time to help normalize and disambiguate search terms (for example, distinguishing between a movie character and a collectible figure with a similar name) and to score how closely comparable listings match your inventory.
• eBay listing data (titles, item specifics, and pricing) is passed to AI APIs only as a transient, per-request operation — it is never stored, batched, or used to train any model.
• No eBay content, including any data from your seller account, is used for AI training, machine learning, or the development of datasets.
• AI providers used may include: Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), OpenAI, DeepSeek, Mistral, Groq, and Together AI. The specific models used may change over time as we optimize for accuracy and performance.

5. Third-Party Services

Glimly integrates with the following third-party services:

• Clerk: Authentication and user management
• eBay: Access to your eBay seller account and listings
• Supabase: Database hosting and storage
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
• AI Providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Mistral, Groq, Together AI): AI-assisted search and matching (query-time only; no data is retained or used for training by any provider)

6. No Data Monetization

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information or eBay data in any way. Your data is used solely to provide Glimly's services to you — nothing else.

7. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

• As required by law
• To provide the services you've requested (e.g., accessing eBay on your behalf)

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Disconnect your eBay account at any time
• Export your configuration data

9. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems.
